Discovery Consulting Appoints Su Soe to Lead SAP S/4HANA Practice

Discovery Consulting has appointed Su Soe as its new SAP S/4HANA Solution Advisory Lead to support its national ERP operations.

Su joins Discovery after ten years at SAP, where she held a range of roles across solution advisory, consulting, and customer success. Her cross-industry experience, including work in the public sector, manufacturing, logistics, and retail, has equipped her to support a broad spectrum of digital transformation initiatives.

Her primary expertise is in SAP S/4HANA, SAP’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) suite, with a specialised focus on the Public Cloud edition. Among her most notable projects is the S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation at Taronga Zoo, a complex public sector deployment requiring both technical insight and an understanding of sector-specific business processes.

In her new role, Su will lead Discovery Consulting’s national SAP S/4HANA solution advisory practice. Her appointment forms part of the firm’s ongoing expansion of its S/4HANA Public Cloud capabilities, supporting its strategic focus on scalable cloud ERP solutions for the public sector and mid-market organisations.

Su’s responsibilities will include guiding clients through the full lifecycle of S/4HANA deployments, from evaluation and adoption to solution design, implementation, and post-go-live support. She will work closely with organisations across their cloud ERP journeys to deliver long-term value beyond the initial rollout.

Su began her career through the SAP Academy graduate programme, where she built foundational expertise before progressing into leadership roles in advisory and customer success. Her work with public institutions, manufacturers, and logistics organisations has given her deep insight into operational challenges across sectors.

With her move to Discovery Consulting, Su aims to expand her consulting impact in a more specialised environment, continuing to support organisations as they navigate their digital transformation journeys.

Outside of work, Su enjoys teaching Pilates, a pursuit she credits with contributing to her sense of balance and energy in her professional life.
